Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season,
from Southwind!!

The UU Dome Concert Series sponsored the Florida Folk Group SOUTHWIND,
returning for our NINTH ANNUAL HOLIDAY CONCERT. Opening the show will be 9-year old W.F. "Sonny" Ebsary III aka Rock N Roll Sonny.

SOUTHWIND combined the talented artistry of four area musicians who hail from Hillsborough, Pinellas,and Pasco Counties: Mary Ann Dinella, Sandra Jemison, Sharon Nauman, and Dennis Devine. Southwind's sound is an eclectic blend of close harmonies and unique arrangements featuring the use of multiple instruments. They do a mix of traditional, contemporary and original songs. For the
Holiday concert, they will also did a mix of both holiday & non-holiday tunes. Of course, there will be some sing-a-long songs. It wouldn't be a Southwind holiday concert without the audience being required to join in on "The 12 Days of Christmas."

ROCK N ROLL SONNY: Opened the show : Future Rock N Roll Star,
9-year old W.F. "SONNY" Ebsary, III. Rock N Roll Sonny enjoys writing and
singing his own songs. His favorite bands include Pink Floyd, Metallica
and Green Day. In addition to enjoying music, Sonny also enjoys creating
his own comic books, racing his soapbox derby car, riding his bike and
playing with friends.

The musicians: MARY ANN DINELLA (vocals and guitar). She has performed in the Tampa Bay area for three decades as a professional musician and is still going strong. Her vocals and intricate fingerpicking guitar add a refreshing touch to the group's selections. SANDRA JEMISON (soulful vocalsand stand-up bass) is a veteran singer and bass player. She's also a member of Florida's Green Grass Revival (a talented new-grass group). Her soulful vocals and intricate fingerpicking guitar add a refreshing touch to the group's selections. SHARON NAUMAN (vocals, autoharp, bowed psaltery)adds high harmony. Her love of folk music and traditional instruments add a magical quality to every performance. DENNIS DEVINE (lead guitar,mandolin fiddle, vocals) provides strong rhythm and the folk, bluegrass and blues embellishments to the group.
