Friends of Florida Folk recognizes how the current times impacts the Florida folk performers who perform at the Florida Folk Festival.  Gas prices continue to fluctuate making the trip to the festival more expensive.To help defray some of the expense of performing at the FFF and to also celebrate the festival's 60th Anniversary, FOFF is going to waive the 10% fee charged for CD sales a the FOFF Booth this year.  The Stephen Foster Citizen's Support Organization has also agreed to waive their 15% vendor fee this year.  For this year, FOFF will only deduct the 7% sales tax...

  People  came from near and far to participate in the Florida Old Time Music Championhip held at the Pioneer Florida Museum, Dade City.   The contests were held on the front porch of the old Townsend Home that was restored and now part of the pioneer village at the musem.
